Displays are to provide information, samples of services, resources, or products, and to take orders. Displays may be set up beginning at 9 AM Friday, May 5, 2017 before the assembly convenes. Those who register will be contacted later with additional details.
There is a $45 fee per table. Registration for one representative is included. You do not need to register separately for the assembly. If your representative would like to eat meals with the assembly, we've added that as a paid option this year. Payment for display tables is accepted by credit card or check.
Displays by other than non-profit, ELCA related agencies, organizations, or institutions require advance clearance through the synod office. (Please call us at 503-413-4191, T-F 8:30-5:00.) Space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with priorities given to Oregon Synod congregations, committees, and organizations. We have 30 tables available this year.
