Special Guest- Rev. Ruben Duran
The Rev. Ruben Duran is Director for Development of New Congregations, Evangelical Outreach and Congregational Mission (EOCM) unit of the ELCA. Ruben directs and coordinates the unit’s overall programs, serves as Guidance Team Leader in setting unit policy, and directs the identification and development of new congregations. He has a wonderful mission heart, faithful spirit, and his words and actions reflect gifts and energy for building up the Body of Christ.
